What a huge change! The average looking city bungalow (before) has been completely transformed. The homeowners wanted fresh and modern while keeping the look fairly conservative.

In order to create the cozy front patio, changes to the roofline were required. We created two structural walls flanking the patio that support the roof build-over, making this a much nicer covered entryway and incorporating a sheltered sitting area.

The structural walls were finished with beautiful stonework to add texture and compliment the acrylic stucco exterior. The front step, patio and driveway are all done in exposed aggregate.

With new windows and a completely new roof, this place is stunning! We love the beautiful neutral colour scheme with the gorgeous design finishes.
