We’ve got a new project starting in the pretty neighbourhood of Parkallen! We’ll be doing a complete exterior on both the house and the garage. Some cosmetic issues will be addressed and we are adding exterior insulation.

Ice damming has been an issue with this cute home. We’ll be constructing a build-over on the roof to provide positive ventilation and prevent ice damming. We will also provide protection for the new exterior on this home by creating overhangs.
